We just finished our first session with Ben, and I'm already looking forward to the next one. He personally invited us to be able to go to his backyard where he trains all his Champion level of dogs.
Honestly, if Yelp allowed me to bribe people into reading this with dog treats, I would. But since they don't, here's my attempt at the next best thing: a very honest, slightly over-dramatic, and absolutely heartfelt review about why you need to call Ben.
Because let's face it -- dogs are not just pets. They're family. They fill your life with joy, cuddles, chaos, and occasionally the type of stress that makes you wonder if you should start a side hustle just to cover the cost of chewable furniture replacements.
I grew up with a Rat Terrier for 9 years (basically a furry rocket with opinions) before he went to Heaven. My wife grew up with a Labrador who lived to 12 before also crossing over. So when we adopted our mixed-breed Labrador, Chestnut, at about 5 months old, there was both a big hole in our hearts and a lot of nerves.

My daughter has a 9-month old husky who is rambunctious. We never owned a dog and were clueless. We've now had 3 training sessions and have learned so much about dogs and our fur baby is so much more obedient. He's mastered commands and does well on a leash now (before he pulled us like a sled dog!) One thing that's really important to note is a good trainer will not only train your dog, BUT TEACH YOU HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DOG. That is super important! Bill's approach is firm but very understanding of dog behavior and various breeds. I've recommend him to two people already. Most importantly he cares about his clients and loves dogs! He's very experienced and knowledgeable!

My 8 year old Golden Retriever greatly benefited from the respectful yet effective guided training from Ben. His methods are effective, gentle and respectful to both the owner and the dog. It's challenging to train an older dog whose behaviors have been "the rule" for so many years. Ben's techniques were done with positive reinforcement which helped so much with my dog's impulse to pull me on the leash when we walked.
